Thank you for shopping at Indian Creek Rose Farm. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review our policy on refunds and returns.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Plants are ineligible for returns - please see our plant guarantee here.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your original order number and the reason for the return.
4. Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
Upon approval, you can choose to receive a full refund, exchange for a different item, or store credit.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns.
5. Exceptions
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
